Arrival in Newmarket
David showed me a bit of Newmarket, and although there is no way to show just how much grass there is here, David said it is the largest patch of mowed grass in the world, at 4,000 acres! It was bright and sunny the day I arrived, which was wonderful!
Seeing me off...
Tanya, Jarrett and Paige dropped me off at the airport on Tuesday morning, after we all (Mom and Knute included) did some shopping in Minneapolis on Monday. After an extra delay in Chicago, I arrived in London Wednesday morning about 11:00 (London time). Tanya treated me to Starbucks, which I promised myself would be my last of the summer. (I'll try and stick local)
