Welcome dinner and fist sight of the Coast.

Classes started on Monday, and Monday all students were bussed to this lovely hotel for dinner and a walk along the coast. We weren't expecting such a nice four course meal, but it was a good way to spend the first night in Ireland. I was playing with my camera settings on the beach, there were lots of interesting rocks. :)

It was cloudy and a little rainy (and cold!) so this picture would be better under different circumstances, but there was a little island with a house on it out a ways.
